ABOUT ME

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor based in Las Vegas, NV. I’ve been in the field for over 15 years, beginning my career in mental health agencies and non-profit organizations. Since 2018, I’ve proudly maintained a private practice where I support individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward healing and personal growth.

I am also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and an LCADC Supervisor. Additionally, I serve as President of the Nevada Board of Examiners for Drug and Alcohol Counselors. In this role, I oversee the oral examination process for CADC interns and remain actively involved in shaping the future of the profession.

I have a deep appreciation for diversity and embrace it both within and beyond the therapy room. My passion lies in helping individuals heal emotional wounds, build resilience, and create more meaningful lives. I have extensive training in trauma, sexual abuse, and PTSD, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space for every client. My approach integrates a range of evidence-based methods including Trauma-Focused Therapy, CBT, EFT, EMDR, mindfulness practices, somatic interventions, and grounding techniques to support emotional regulation and long-term healing.

In my spare time, I love being in nature whether it’s hiking, practicing yoga, or simply enjoying the fresh air. I also enjoy good food, traveling, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and beloved fur babies.
